The Anxiety-Inducing Costs of Therapy, Cocaine Smugglers for Prison Reform and the Endorsement Bernie Actually Needs

In somewhat surprising news, Joe Rogan endorsed Bernie Sanders for president which, fine, whatever, good. I, for one, am pro-Bernie all the way regardless of what the Pied Piper of White Dudes, says or does. But you know whose endorsement I’d really like to see? Guy Fieri. The only person Gen Zers like myself like better than Bernard is the Mayor of Flavortown. He’s 52 — Boomer territory — so he’ll probably vote for like, Biden or something. But a gal can dream.

It's not just Star Trek nerds and conspiracy theorists who believe that UFOs are real. Even the US government has admitted to regular close encounters of the inexplicable kind. But perhaps the biggest and most vocal believers out there are members of MUFON, or the Mutual UFO Network, the world's largest and oldest organization dedicated to studying UFO sightings. For half a century, MUFON field investigators have analyzed hundreds, if not thousands of unidentified flying object sightings, many of which remain classified as “unknown.” Are these people crazy, or are they simply everyday people with an unusual conviction the rest of us are too scared to believe? In this week's Deep Dive, @seebriansmith met with MUFON field investigators to find out if the answers really are out there.
